The FW-10000 type of microcontrolled coiler
Because of the restriction of the carrying capacity, all the large-scale tanks which diameter is more than 4m become the difficulty for both processing side and purchasing side. In order to satisfying the demand of the customer, my company develops FW-10000 type microcontrolled coiler which its structure is combined type and can be dismounted to transport to the customer.Then according to the customer request, the coiler is installed near the tank installed foundation to complete the winding work on large-scale FRP tank.
The FW-10000 type of microcontrolled coiler is mainly constituted by head rotating drum, end bracket, bed body, the winding car, gumming yarn guide equipment etc.
