Transport tank vehicle
GFAK type FRP hydrochloric acid tank vehicle. This vehicle whose tank body is made of FRP is a tank vehicle for railway which can transport specific weight =1.2 hydrochloric acid medium. This vehicle is composed of chassis, tank body, vehicle hook buffer mechanism and bogie. The chassis underframe has middle girder. The inside diameter of the roll tank is 2600mm. The tank is made of FRP which is composed of the anticorrosion layer, the load bearing layer and aging resistant layer, and can resist corrosion and keep clean. The tank is equipped with exhaust stack and blast pipeline. The loading and unloading way is top loading and unloading (manhole is also used to load acid medium). Vehicle hook buffer mechanism, arresting gear, bogie, ST buffer; 120 air control valves, ST2-250 bidirectional brake shoe gap automatic regulating apparatus, KZW-4GAB or TWG-1A spatial car or machine with load automatic control installment, the K2 bogie. The user can also select the horizontal chain type hand brake or the NSW hand brake, the carbon steel brake fitting piping (to phosphorize in piping) or the stainless steel brake fittings piping to install. |
